        Upon arrival we were very rudely greeted, we called the owner to express our concerns and received a mouthful of abuse. the whole building smelled of cannabis and cigarettes. People were walking in and out of the building smoking, and loud music blaring. My partner is pregnant so this was not suitable for us to stay. We left immediately, we want a full refund, as we have now had to pay to stay elsewhere after travelling 3.5 hours to get to the accommodation.
