Absolutely amazing service today at Binns. Lovely staff who put you completely at ease. Thorough examinations, including middle ear, everything there for you to see on screen, things explained to you so you can understand. Would highly recommend, and will use again, should the need arise

Exceptional service at Binns. Friendly, efficient and thorough. Nothing is too much trouble, in fact, my first consultation took a whole two hours. I can now hear the tv properly and engage in conversation without constantly asking "What did you say?" Highly recommended!

I wentto the hearing centre today and I am very impressed with the service I received. Firstly the receptionist was lovely and welcoming and Lisa who treated me was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Lisa looked in my ears with a camera and could see exactly what the problem was, compacted wax near the eardrum. I could see the camera images the full time on the monitor which was very reassuring. She removed the wax carefully and effectively and then showed me on the screen again the clear eardrum. She gave me lots of good advice about ear care and even printed out my pictures of the problem before and after. I really can't recommend this place enough, the cost was minimal compared to the service I received and felt a million dollars afterwards. Will definitely return if I have any more issues in the future. I would 100% recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service today, we were able to get a same day appointment for my Husband for ear wax removal. Staff are lovely and friendly, Lisa is very gentle and explained everything in detail so we had full confidence in her. The procedure was quick and painless and has made the world of difference to his hearing. One very happy patient. Thank you
