I regret to report that my experience with Mahmoods Oak Lane was not at all satisfactory. The restaurant has a reputation for good food, which is why I was excited to try it out. But what I encountered instead was appalling. First, they messed up my order. Instead of providing me with what I had specifically asked for, they gave me two fillets instead of a big dripper. When I contacted them about this mistake, they promised to rectify it with my next order. But when I called to place that order, they refused to honor their promise. Even worse, the customer service experience was terrible. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. They shrugged and insisted that there was nothing they could do, despite having promised me that they would fix the problem. The overall experience was so bad that I would not recommend Mahmoods Oak Lane to anyone. If you're looking for a restaurant with good food and good service, look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area that will treat their customers with the respect they deserve.
