Food has been good and was on point during the last 2 orders. The place did dip but has seem to pick back up which I am pleased to see. No more grease smash burgers or cold on the inside chick sandwiches. I like this place and on its day its definitely a heavy hitter, only problem this place has, it can be inconsistent which is a shame.

Poor customer service by the till operator. Placed an order and was told itd be ready in 10-15 minutes. Order was late. 4/5 people arriving after me got served before me which was very annoying. On top of that got given the wrong order until I spotted the difference. But I have to mention the food is really nice.

first time ordering from here i ordered the smash, hot chicken sandwich and sriracha honey wings, WOW i was blown away the best wings ive ever had, the smash burger was juicy could have been thinner as its a smash burger which is meant to be thinner but i couldnt complain, and my husband loves the hot chicken sandwich seen it in on tick tock and it blows any manchester place away keep up the work guys!
