Paula has been doing my hair for a good 3 years now and I never leave disappointed. No matter what I ask for, she gets it perfect. From light to dark, dark to light, she always does the best job in perfecting the colour but keeping it in fab condition. Paula also fits my extensions which I just love, weve tried various methods and shes found the one that fits me best. Not only is Paula perfect at her job, she goes above & beyond for all her clients. Her salon is a really friendly vibe & Paula is just great all round. I would not recommend this hairdresser. I have had two shocking cuts (pics attached) and the past two times I went my colour was horrific. It was bleach white at the top going to yellow (again pic attached). Since the last time I visited I told her I wouldnt be going back and sent photos of the second bad experience and whilst yes I was apologised to there was no offer of money refunded which isnt fair as I had to pay someone else to put it right. In the last year of using Paula I also noticed my hair was seeming to snap more and more especially the top layer and when I told Paula she said it was fine nothing wrong with it. Since stopping using this salon Ive had another two hairdressers tell me I cannot put anymore bleach on my head due to the damage to my hair and the condition its in which is the main reason Ive written this review I dont want anyone else solely using this hair dresser then having to deal with the condition that my hair is in. I cant even wear it down anymore and its going to be at least a year to let it grow and heal. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling, Blowdry
