I wish I could give zero stars. I debated for months on whether I should give a review or not. The younger woman is rude and can't take constructive criticism. Explained I wasn't happy with the first style given, the older woman/manager told me " Come in and we'll fix it for you!" from the moment I walked through the door, the younger woman that did my hair began yelling and pointing her finger " You said you, wanted it longer at the top and shorter at the bottom!" I explained. " Yes, but it's still uneven. It's not a bad job/cut just needs some adjustments." She said "well hurry up stairs I have a customer waiting." Get upstairs and she got the clippers and she went to town on my head. At first I though it was just her being in a hurry, she changed the guards on the clippers at least 10 times. I remember thinking my hair is not that long why so many changes. It's because she obviously didn't know what she was doing. When she finished zig, zagging all over my head, I was left with bald spots and hair was still uneven. I remembered she said she usually send people over to Bryan, across the streets and wondered why she just didn't do that. It's because it was done on purpose. I got my money back from the older woman. 60 pounds and I got two bald spots on the side of my head and my hair to this day, have not grown right sense. In closing, don't let this woman cut your hair. I found out she doesn't have a license to cut hair. She had a bad attitude and can't take constructive criticism. That's the worse type of beautician. If you look at the pictures below, this is not a 60 hair cut. This is a mess. She didn't care what she was doing and my hair have not grown right sense. I have people that knew what my hair looked like before going into that shop. I'm still debating to see if her licence is in order. Do they both have licences for cutting hair. UPDATE: 07/06/22 @19:20 In respond to your response about my review of your " Beauty Salon" Not sure which lady I am speaking to, so I'll address you both. I don't need to supply a Doctors report, I didn't have the issue with patches, until you/ or the other lady took the clippers to my hair. My hair have grown and those patches are no longer there. I sent you those same pictures on October 14th 2021 two days after you, or the other lady took the clippers to my head. If needed I can post the Facebook messages that show my messages, and your response. I still have them. ( I keep everything) I am thankfully on my way to a healthy hair journey no thanks to this shop. As mentioned before I didn't or wouldn't have gave a review but I met someone who had a not so good experience in your shop. The young lady is nasty, unprofessional, and cant take constructive criticism. And that's not a good, when you work with the public. I don't understand why it's so hard to get good service in Bradford. I think the Barber Shops are the only hair businesses operating with a license. I think I've said all that needs to be said. I hope this long review, makes you think and do things better with your business. If speaking with the older woman ( Manager) I felt you were kind, and professional. The other lady, nope.
