Hairdresser called simone rushed my haircut, i asked for a trim and she proceeded to cut off at least 3/4 inches. Asked for a straight cut at the bottom but is shorter on the sides and longer in the middle giving it a dip in the middle.

Been going to Chelsea at George Alexander since the end of lockdown and each time I am never disappointed! Chelsea has such an amazing talent and is an amazing hairdresser! She listens to what I want, gives her professional advice and delivers a master piece! The manager George is so friendly too, always comes over for a little chat. And it wouldnt be a hair day without the help of April!

Went in for a blowdry and took my daughter for her eid trim and style. Felt that the blowdry was rushed as some parts of the hair wernt done properly and as they were running out of time another inexperienced stylist came to assist with the blowdry hence my hair looks nothing like a bouncy blowdry which i asked for. I was also disappointed as i was told the hair trim for my daughter wont be straight as she keeps moving. My girl was just excited and needed to be directed nicely what to do. Could have also kept us both side by side so i can see what is being done on my daughter but it wasnt the case. Disappointed overall as there should be enough allocated time for each client and not feel rushed. Both our hair looks normal and nothing special for our eid and i am having to go over it again at home. Service: Blowouts
