As a woman who wears the hijab and doesn't want to reveal my hair in front of men, Rosa and Becca are always careful, considerate and respectful of my religious values and do their upmost to make me feel as comfortable as possible. When they have male hairdressers in, I'm taken upstairs so that I'm not in their sight and they are informed so they don't enter the room in which I'm getting my hair done in. I'm not an influencer or someone who can boost their business so I really appreciate the care and attention that I always receive. Highly recommend the salon and staff. Service: Hair coloring

Rosa massimo has a talent like no other! My hair is a nightmare just like me! I am a perfectionist and pay a lot of attention to detail! My hair does not lift when being bleach and if it has its been damaged. I have been to Rosa Massimo and then three other hairdressers when she couldnt fit me in. Since then I have never gone anywhere but to Rosa!! My hair has been damaged! Burnt my scalp and left with half the hair I started off with. I cried to Rosa who then fixed my hair!! She is the ONLY hairdresser that I know that can save your hair from a cardiac situation!! She genuinely cares for your hair! She isnt there just to take your money and give you the colour you want. She nearly cried when she saw how much the other hairdresser had damaged my hair. I have always been blonde! I have long thick healthy blonde hair! Everywhere I go I get compliments on my hair. I usually get asked how my hair is so blonde and still healthy. Anyone can give you blonde/grey/ ash but no one can give you healthy blonde/ grey/ ash!! I hate to admit how good she is because I rely on her when it comes to my hair.. when I first met her I had read reviews and assumed she would be what people say she is but no!! She is so humble! Kind! And such a big hearted person with a good sense of humour! Not a dull day in the salon when shes there! Ive been going to Rosas for balayage for about 5 years now and always loved the outcome. However this time I went I was so Upset with how my hair turned out. First of all I travelled over 3 hours just to get my hair done there. I felt like it was rushed and also felt like certain people get better treatment for example if you are an influencer they would take you upstairs and spend more time and effort on your hair. I asked for an ashy balayage and my hair was left brassy with highlights all over the place, it wasnt blended at all and the contrast was so high and for 150 it was not worth it! I had to go to someone else who corrected the colour and blend for me. Oh and just like the other 1 reviews, I absolutely agree with how they have described Rosa, i have never met such a rude, big headed person in my life. She doesnt seem like an approachable person and its shocking how many other people have said the same thing! I would always praise the salon and recommend it but I feel like over the years as they have grown they are not the same which is a shame. Unfortunately I will not be visiting again. Reply to the response: I got my hair done on the week beginning 20th feb. You spent most of your time upstairs. I dont understand how you think everything your customers says is not true ive been coming to you for 5 years because you were good back then. If you read properly you can see i have said its after you got more popularity that your work is not the same. I dont have time to come speak to rosa directly i live over 200 miles away. Wouldnt want to speak to someone with an attitude like that anyways. Service: Balayage
