What a pathetic excuse for a gym, My wife attends this gym, and one of the main reasons for her attendance is the use of the steam room, which has been out of order for at least a month. Currently, the month of Ramadan is upcoming, and they charged my wife 5 to freeze her membership for a month, so you have to pay to attend the gym and pay to not attend too. They also don't allow for a freeze without proof of a medical condition! Is this a gym or Flippin North Korea for gods sake? My wife has a medical condition which she nor I feel comfortable sharing with people, regardless of confidentiality, is that too much to understand? If i could give 0 stars i would.

The best decision i ever made was to invest in my health and well-being with the help of this amazing PT at Lister gym. Nusrat has gone above and beyond to help and support me with my fitness journey after covid ruined my health and left me with life long impact. Nusrat took the time to listen and really understand my needs and what i needed from the 121 PT sessions. She assessed and worked with me on a week to week basis and if on days my energy levels were not great, she adapted to ensure i was still working out but to my ability. In a space of 4 weeks i noticed a huge difference in my physical, mental and cognitive health. My body wasnt aching as much as before, i was flexible and full of energy. My balance had been affected by covid leaving me with vertigo - that was visibly improved. I also lost 6 inches off my abdominal area which i could not believe - as well as inches off the rest of my body! I was so very pleased with the results i was seeing that i went onto book another month and am hoping to book her going forward too. Thank you Lister Health offering the PT services - and most importantly to have employed people like Nusrat who go above and beyond in their roles to help change peoples lives through the work that she does. From the very first phone call to starting my PT journey, she has been an absolutely incredible support and I cannot thank her enough for helping me to change my life for the better. Thank you Nusrat

Never expected this Everything there is written temporarily out of order Even steam room is not working since many days They charge for freezing membership in ramzan They are not freezing membership for any other reason then medical its the customers choice weather they want their facilities any more or not Never mind they are rejecting to give refund if anyone ask for it
