The best Gym I've ever attended. The coaches are fun but also challenge you to work hard and push your limits. Great social and competitive atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I joined up before lockdown and then got lazy so just signed up again. Only two weeks in but I am inspired by this cross fit gym. Everyone makes you feel really welcome no matter which class you attend. The owner/instructor insists that everyone introduces themselves at every class. This normally comes naturally as everyone is lovely there isn't any snobbery!! Every day is different so you don't get bored, people who have been training for years tell me that no lesson is ever repeated. Coz and Chlo the instructors are great at explaining the circuits. If you are doing something incorrectly they will come and explain what you should be doing. Sometimes you are partnered up which is great as you get to meet new people. I have only been going a fortnight but feel like part of the family. I have seen an improvement in my fitness already going from not been able to plank and a fortnight later holding it for 45 seconds, this might not seem like alot but imagine what i can do in a couple of months. The correct techniques are also taught for lifting and i can already do a 37.5kg back squat and deadlift 45kg. My heart rate has dropped 20 bpm in a fortnight. I am meeting new people, learning how to exercise properly and becoming fitter and stronger daily. At the moment there is a 2 week free trial so you can come and see for yourself how fabulous this place is. I am loving it!!
