        The receptionist that was there on Wednesday at 3:00 did a fantastic Job at dealing with the confrontational man before me. He was calm and collected, even though the service user swore and made unreasonable demands! Very happy with that service. Can someone please let that person who know that his kindness will not be dismissed. I've met some rude receptionists, and this man is definitely not one of them.
