        The service has continued to deteriorate. I recently completed an e consultation, and specifically asked to be contacted via email or phone. What happens? I get a text with no way to respond to. How is a patient supposed to speak to a doctor about what is troubling them?!

        Rang the surgery to get an appointment on behalf of my elderly house bound uncle. The receptionist came across very rude and rushed, no empathy, no manners. What is wrong with these people! If you don't like doing what you're doing, go and find another job!!!, don't take your can't be bothered attitude out onto hard working folk who are only trying to get advice and at the most an appointment.

        Cannot make an appointment as the line is always busy once you get through the queue is around 18 and no appointments available. The online system for making appointments is useless aswell as there are no appointments when logging in at 8 am. Fix those issues its ridiculous
