The Lister Surgery

No isuues with the doctors at all. The receptionists however, where do you start! Total lack of empathy or even common sense. Come across as cold and disinterested. Follow up: Received a follow up call from the practice manager. He explained the workings of the surgery under the current constraints of the pandemic and offered some understanding of the volume of calls they're having to deal with etc.

Admin staff are incompetent and careless. One of the doctors there is very dismissive and barely let's you finish describing your symptoms before hanging up the phone. Asked them to divert my post while we went on holiday and they deregistered my entire family, said I would have to re register in person when we got back from holiday. Disgusting. Practice manager refused to speak to me when I asked to complain.

Had a blood test with Abdul Hamer and he was amazing, didn't feel a thing, fab service from this practitioner

Absolutely disgusting service. Spent 4 days trying to get an appointment. Which was over the phone the receptionist seemed like having no care for my needs. When spoke to doctor over phone he recommended his choice of medication and asked where I would like to pick up from. It doesn't stop there once I go to the pharmacy they still have not received the prescription. So back to calling the surgery this is at 4.30pm like it is the busiest time of the day and these guys pick up after 30mins and tell me the doctor has not done his electronic signature. How difficult is this to do he could of done this while on the phone to me. Overall would give 0 If possible.
