        GEM installed a new bathroom which also involved new walls. They arrived on the planned date and finished several days early. Nothing was too much trouble. We added a couple of extra building works through the process and GEM were only too happy to accommodate our requests. All their staff were courteous and went to great efforts to keep everything tidy and clean. They did a very professional job. They also kept us constantly in the loop with their progress and schedule. All in all we cant recommend GEM highly enough.

        Attended on time.Replaced taps,mended leak,sorted noisy pipes and fitted new shower.The 2 guys that attended were both great,good work carried out,friendly and competent Lady at the office also very proffesional and helpful.Not ridiculous prices either.Love the shower they chose for us,it looks great.Will definitely use again.Thank you.
