This company doesn't comply with UK trading standards. Received a poorly made product by this company, returned it within the correct time frame to get a refund, fought me on it, paid a partial refund. Made up stuff to not pay what they owe me, currently in the process of taking them to court. Don't believe me, read their terms and conditions regarding returns on their site and see for yourself...

We waited months for delivery but we were told that and decided it would be OK because the reviews for the Bellus bin storage were really, really good. And so the day came for delivery and our twin bin Bellus storage arrived in the morning (as we were told it would the previous week) and on a pallet. On taking off the shrink wrap I saw how good the wood was, really good quality wood and heavy panels and a bag with all the screws and fittings along with the build instructions. And now this is my thought on building this storage; if you have a totally flat level base and some patience it will take a few hours and should look great but the twin storage we bought was not forgiving of the block paving we have not being flat and level (it was laid with a view to a very, very gentle slope for drainage toward the garden) and required adjustments to the panels and how the unit was constructed to be accommodated on my block paving. In hindsight two single Bellus bin storage units would have been for more forgiving and I suspect much faster to construct although quite a bit more expensive. Now it is built and in situ it looks very smart and I believe it really makes our garden and outdoor space feel so much better. If you have uneven surfaces that you will be installing the bin storage on I found that building the storage where it was going to stay and working with those conditions gave the optimal result. Rather than build and then move it to where it will be staying. We are ordering some single units even though it is a lot dearer to do so because we have three other bins and these storage units just make our garden and outdoors such a fine place without ugly, worn out wheelie bins. When I see how poor some wheelie bin storage is and how flimsy by comparison I am very pleased we bought this twin unit. One other thing, the lid is quite heavy and a frail or elderly person might find struggle with it because of the weight. To summarisewe love it and really think it makes our outdoor space comfortable and tidy but if you are not happy making adjustments it may be worth getting someone else to build it for you.

Really good bin store. They managed expectations of delivery delays due to Covid well too. Would recommend.
