        During an extremely difficult time, Megan and Charlotte just scooped our family up into their arms and guided in every way. Nothing is too much trouble. From the first painful phone call to collecting dad's ashes our family will be always thankful.

        If I could give Megan and her team more stars i really would!! They sorted everything out for our baby boys funeral with no problems at all! Very polite caring staff! Especially Megan! I would just like to say a massive Thank you to you all for looking after our boy!! It absolutely means the absolute world to us! Thank you soo much!

        A Big Thank You to Megan Armitage and her team (Hearse Driver ,pall bearers etc) for organising the funeral and a wonderful send off for my father. From our first meeting to organise the funeral with my sister , Megan was caring, polite and professional and guided us through the process of organising a funeral and the paperwork which needed to be completed. There was a good selection of order of Services to choice from and we choose the "Footprints on the Beach Scene''. Also having a bookmark with my father's photo on with the ''Footprints poem'' was a lovely gesture and a fitting tribute to give to people at the funeral. Seeing my father dressed all smart and peaceful in his coffin was all serene and brought us some closure to me and my sister. I wouldn't hesitate about using Coop Longfield House again and would recommend using their services.
