Update: the brother on the phone was very well spoken and helped me massively, did an amazing job! Even though I came to him last minute he did a great job and just surprised me over all! New to the area and definitely wont be the last time I go to these guys!!! Service and quality 10/10

Ordered online for a delivery to my parent's house. They lost the card and didn't package the flowers in any way to look like a gift, so my parents were a bit stunned at a random bunch of flowers being dropped off at their door and didn't know who they were from. I emailed the company who apologised and offered a 30 voucher to use on another bouquet to the same address, but when I emailed to redeem it, they didn't reply. Overall unhappy and wouldn't use company again
