        Im trying to contact provident lender. Someone from the finance department. My partner has been marked by them as written off we just want to pay the balance and more if needed to have this done can anyone help

        Right their you ve took to much money out of my bank or you LL get a check for 63 pounds still waiting 4 weeks later some one should have you close down and I'm doing my very best to do this scum. Don't bother phone them every one of them is a lair basically

        Absolutely useless I've been trying to apply for a couple of weeks now and keep getting rejected as my proof of income "isn't good enough" even though it's an official letter from ESA (Employment and Support Allowance), the agent was very rude and didn't acknowledge that the letter was formal and told me I was a waste of air and time.
