        Ordered for five received four meals and one of them was incomplete. Paid 11 for a burger and like 15 reheated chips with the drink which I paid an extra 2 for didnt come and the donner I paid 1.50 extra for on my chips also didnt come on my food. The meal they missed I rang up and made them aware their response was to wait 1-2 hours for delivery after already waiting an hour. Other takeaways have always prioritised missed orders etc but they didnt seem to care because they are busy . Used to be my usual never again.

        I never write reviews but I really had to this time.I Ordered Batley Branch today, Please check your chicken when you order Im pretty sure they are serving old chicken, I am really urging health and safety to go and investigate. Please really carful everyone. Im so disgusted and never again will I order
