        We are so ready to complain when we are not satisfied, however we don't praise enough when we are satisfied. The lady who dealt with me on the phone today, (so sorry, forgot name!), was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Also Andy who delivered Mum's ( Diana Haigh!), toilet frame was so engaging, friendly and considerate. Thank you! Tracey Jackson
