Made to measure service is really bad. I ordered 2 particular coloured dresses which should've taken 4 weeks it took 7 weeks as the colour I asked for was not in stock and by time I got it...it was in wrong colour. No point in picking from the colour chart which one you want as they don't give you what you ask for. Also never get a boat neck dress as they'll say they can alter the neckline but what they really mean is 'we can't alter it but we'll just say we can and take the money to keep customer happy' there customer service is bad too. That shop is only good for readymade outfits you can forget made to measure its a load of bull do not trust these guys they won't even lower the price when they mess up!!

Really, really bad made to measure service. They messed up on an order with their suppliers from India, they didn't keep us up to date with any order complications and instead just made us wait 3 to 4 weeks then broke the news to us. Refused to pay us any money back after messing up and then made us wait another 3-4 weeks. The outfits were for a wedding and luckily we had time to wait longer otherwise we would have been screwed. When we finally got our clothes the cut and fitting was wrong on them. To say they have suppliers in India and your paying 100's of pounds on clothes you'd think they'd communicate well with them to find the status of their customers orders and keep their customers in the know. Unfortunately however they'll say yes to your face take your money and give bad customer service after that.
