Our golden Lab Lilo used to be terrified of the groomers. At our old groomers she skipped her collar to run out of the shop, she was always shaking when we took her in and when we picked her up and she just wasnt herself for the rest of the day. We thought wed try somewhere new and found The Hound Ville just on Google. After reading a few reviews and looking over their website we took her yesterday and it was the best experience for us and Lilo. As soon as we got there, the staff were so welcoming and Lilo was a bit nervous walking in but no where near like she used to be at our old place. She had a sniff around and settled so we left her. When we picked her up she was so happy!! Proper smiling and no shaking at all. She was de-shedded and smelt amazing. I can not recommend these guys enough. The staff are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. Were booked in again and this will be our regular groomers now!

I have been really pleased with every groom so far, the team make my anxious pup very welcome, and she comes home looking (and smelling) delicious!

Fantastic grooming experience for Rupert! He is quite an anxious dog but was put at ease immediately from walking through the door until we picked him up after his groom! He looked & smelt beautiful! Thank you so much! Xx
