        Reception staff very rude and dismissive.There's only one elderly lady who works at the reception who is polite and respectful, the rest are so rude.Over the past few years the service standards have gone so poor.

        Absolutely usless and so rude on the phone i rang 111 and they told me to tell the doctor i need to be seen in the next hour due to my symptoms thats im having and they said we dont work like that 3 times in a row with the worst attitude and then slammed phone down on me and i don't even understand how this place is still even open they are so rude and just pointless
