Appalling service. Surgery opens at 8am no one answers a part from answer phone message, this is Dr Bavington, then press 1 and that's it bye bye. The surgeries were better off on their own at least you could speak to someone and get an appointment. Kensington partnership really needs to employ more staff or do something about their appalling service.

The worst practise.Caters for only one group of people who are a majority on the area.Have never got an appointment in years.They only ring mr when its a smear test or i need a flue jab.Would rather go to A&E if iam not well or ring nhs direct

I rang up this morning and the woman over the phone was rude because I rang at 9:25am. Being a receptionist means answering phone calls if you dont like it find yourself another job but do not shout at a patient

Worst! Rude doctors. Extremely busy receptionists and no appointments to offer. Youll see A&E or your casket before you end up seeing these guys! I would give it a 0 star but clearly cant- so 1 it is !
