Changed to this doctors surgery a couple of years ago due to moving area, never have i met such rude receptionist staff, very disorganised and need to work on there people skills, however doctors and nurses are absolutely great

My baby was supposed to be seen today as she is not well and her Gp decided that she needs to be checked out but due to unforseen circumstances taxi was late and missed her appointment. I tried to explain to the receptionist who wasnt even listening was very abrupt and rude. Instead of arranging for another appointment schedule for my little one she was saying she cant do anything as Weve missed our appointment. Very unprofessional and rude receptionist!

if you're using the Covid hub the centre is called Picton medical Center. despite SMS saying Whetley if you're not local you be thinking you're wrong as nothing is signposted and the place is called Picton

I father is I'll 4 last 3 weeks ago every time i phone for home visit doctor khan not respond in 4 weeks my dad had admitted in hospital twice. Khan is not doing what he should do
