Would give them a minus if possible. All the staff should be fired and replaced with people who can actually do their jobs correctly. Switch their phones off when it suits them and answer when it suits them. Hopefully they get closed down soon enough or replaced by people who know how to operate a surgery.

Went for a blood test, I hate the needles. The practioner Adullrahman Hallam was gentle and took the blood quickly.

Spent 40 minutes in the queue at 8.30am only to be cut off as it was my turn...this has happened several times. The most distressing way to begin your day. Totally unacceptable!

I was told to call at 8.30 and was caller no 2 then the call dropped and I couldnt get reconnected after that despite trying continuously for the next hour

My problem with this place is rudeness of reception staff especially on the phone..I can understand they busy and pressure but why chosing this job if u can't be good at it..be polite and smile
