        This surgery is atrocious! I ordered my medication on the 16th, and the clinician has not even signed off on it! I've been without my medication for days now!. The receptionist have an attitude problem on top of that. I started ordering my medication on the app because when i would ring to order it they would mess it up but looks like it doesnt matter how i order the medication i will never get the medication on time!.

        I was in lot of pain in my stomach the doctor told me to drop a urine sample which I went to primrose doctors surgery to drop a urinre sample off They have lost the urine sample when the doctor knew how much pain I was in for the last week l. On my online medical app the doctor put down I've never came to drop any sample of urine
