Poor experience at Highfield today. Took my children for their yearly asthma review. Was seen 30 mins after appt time by practice nurse. There was no apology and she didn't even introduce herself.

This doctors practice is beyond a joke , my mother has been calling since 8 o clock this morning for my sister who has been ill since Friday night, with no answer , the phone number is saying it is now not recognised , we have been with practice for about 40 years , ever since covid when they joined practices , you can never get an appointment , they never answer the phone . What is the point of this practise being open anymore . Will be looking for new practice as this is not acceptable.

The worst GP practice I have ever experienced! Try getting a face-to-face appointment and you'll see why. You have to go TO the practice early in the morning to get an appointment. This can't be easy for many of the more infirm patients. This morning I went to the practice to be told that, although there was a doctor present, they could not give me an appointment because the IT system had crashed. Nobody apparently had the common sense to simply create a manual booking system. There were two obviously extremely ill patients in the waiting room who were told they also could not see the doctor because the computer wasn't working!!! Highly ridiculous.
