This has to be to the country's worst surgery. Staff as well as management are arrogant, extremely unprofessional and lazy. They treat patients like animals and have no desire to understand the needs of patients. Its time a zero-tolerance policy protecting patients against staff rudenes and unprofessionalism was introduced. The surgery has a major toxic culture issue that must change immediately. Patients deserve so much better.

Complete lack of understanding or compassion. No Bengali speaking staff for a surgery that has excepted almost 50% of Bengali speaking patients. Just because they havent complained or given you an earful like the rest of them doesnt mean we are happy that you do not value Bengali speaking patients or hire enough Bengali speaking staff to meet the Bengali community. Especially the women are struggling and their kids having to take time out and commute just to attend appointments that a Bengali speaking staff member could have attended and helped with. Utter chaos and ignorance at this surgery and with its staff members in both the clinics. Westbourne Green and Whetley Medical Centre. Please acknowledge my issue and my mums. Thank you.

Very rude dr and receptionist please dont wast your time with them they dont listen to you. Go elsewhere

Been trying for a week to arrange an appointment for my elderly father. After a long recorded intro on the phone was told to hold until someone becomes available . Was then immediately cut off. Happened several times over last week. Easier from a customer service perspective to say " Don't bother calling us ". At least that saves us the agony of listening to a long recorded message and then being cut off.

Very rude receptionist! She doesnt know compassion, care and no ears to listen to patients. She should not be working in a gp practice. Her attitude really stinks!
