        Just had the nicest receptionist called Lisa over the phone. Normally when I call I have someone whos trying to rush me off of the phone because obviously theyre busy which I completely understand but the lady was so nice and sweet and helpful

        Had a blood test today, something which I dread every single time (and I have to have them frequently) Nurse Victoria was so lovely. She put me at ease and left me with minimal bruising, which is often not the case! Such a lovely nurse, and couldn't thank her enough for making me not panic!
