Disgusting I will be changing my GP sick of all the incompetence and unhelpful staff that's the doctors and receptionists. Awful patient service lack of care, empathy and respect.

Disgusting patient care there is no care whatsoever at this medical center and it is getting worse. How many times do they want me to ring and go around circles. This has played havoc with my mental health constantly going over and over with my one simple issue. I've tried getting a referral to an eye specialist for a long time now and they have been messing me about non-stop and eventually going down the route of sending me referral letters in foreign languages which I don't understand to wind me up even more. I rang again this week and they said I need to make an appointment which is not what I need or want it is a referral letter but now I have given up I have asked them to take me off there patient database and I will be joining another GP as I can't take this anymore thank you for messing with my head it is really appreciated I hope you guys as supposed professionals can go to bed with a clear conscience and your nice lovely salary.
