        My brother is receiving treatment for his acne, the staff were friendly and approachable. They also voiced their concerns how the mediation can have side effects and gave us time to think about going ahead with his treatment. They reassured they will do their best to monitor him while on his treatment, it has been a smooth sailing process both the nurse and dr including the receptionists were friendly and approachable.

        Called 111 and was referred. Daniel who answered was thorough. Passed my details to a Dr and was advised a call back. She called me within 15 mins. Very polite and courteous.

        No idea what is going on with this surgery. You can't get through on the phone, and reception can't tell you when the opening times are...

        Absolutely appalling service!! Been on the phone 30 minutes continuously, bells are going through no answer. If you go in to the surgery no one at the reception. Very rude staff, have excuses up their sleeves to why they're not answering the phone.
