        Went in today with a faulty return the manager Anthony was not at all helpful tried to accuse me of breaking the item myself think he needs a customer service refresher course

        Sarah was very helpful, polite and professional, helping me with my purchase and my exchange. Came here after having much less than satisfactory service at the Forster Sq branch where some of the staff dont have a clue about service and being helpful. Always a positive experience at the branch inside Sainsburys
