        Extremely rude in our one dealing with them. We rang up as their website (and the NHS website) suggested they were accepting new patients, but before my wife could even finish speaking the receptionist cut her off quite rudely, said they were not accepting any new patients at all and when my wife queried this based on the websites she was told well the websites need updating then. The receptionist then hung up without another word. If this is an insight into how the practice operates, then it is best avoided and we certainly wont be contacting them again even if they do start taking patients on again.

        Absolutely dreadful dentist. Since it got taken over the dental practice went down Hill, my appointments have been rearrange numerous times and you never see the same dentist. When you do eventually get in for an appointment, youre in the room for 2 minutes, if that and made to pay a ridiculous amount.

        I ve been to this dental clinic and was very disappointed with one dentist he is foreigner from some urab country very rude, moody and has got no sense of humour even doesn't know how to speak to children

        So after seeing all the reviews over the last year which were all negative I was very concerned to say the least knowing I was due in for a root canal treatment today. It was the first time attending this dentist after my initial checkup for some actual treatment. After attending for my treatment I thought I must share my experience as the previous reviews were not a fair reflection of the dentists reputation. My dentist Nadim Mushtaq was very polite and very formative at every point explaining the process and asking if I was in pain. He has a lot of knowledge and explained what he had done and explained my x-rays really well. His assistant worked well in sync with him also and my experience of a root canal was a very good pain free one. Its not fair that we only share our negative experiences immediately and rarely our positive experiences. Not a bad dentist at all. Keep up the good work
