        The service was not good at all.There was no queue but they said they are too busy and I should come back after 10 minutes .Waited for almost 30 minutes before I could be served.Staff was unbothered and didn't seem to even want to help

        Very rude order on line all the time and when I go to collect they want my passport for proof when I said I want to cancel they quickly change there mind and when I come to sell back there buy back price is ridiculous

        One particular staff member didn't make me aware of bringing back original reciept to show I bought buy back gaurantee even though i have proof of purchase via bank payment and in effect made me waste money for the add on buy back and further making me losing out on actually money owed back to me. Nobody really reads a receipt word to word so it should be upto staff as part of customer service to give customers vital intormation and make the customer aware. I'm sure its happend to many more people too. The employees need better training and overall very dissapointed with the service, really felt let down. Wouldn't recommend coming here.
