On Monday they were given a collection where 20 of my London staff would be meeting them at 11am in a car park in Wembley. RTC sent an email to our office informing theyd be 2hours late due to a break down at 9:30am that morning. We called and said an email on such a time sensitive matter wasnt appropriate, we needed a call. We said a 2hour delay would cost us 800 plus in staff overtime and requested they hire a local courier to cover for them - they refused. My office arranged a local courier, they were 75 more but arrived at 10:50am, we asked RTC to repay the 75; they refused. A Basic company, their office dont understand customer service.
