        Bradford Council in general is pretty poor and very expensive but the Bradford Enablers Support Team (BEST) are great. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The assessor, Emmanuel is fantastic. He had everything weighed up and actioned as nessesary. They are a great help. If my father had stayed in the BRI any longer he probably wouldn't be here now. Thank goodness we managed to get him out in time and on the road to a full recovery.

        Constantly cancelling my direct debits for council tax, when I ring Im told Ive never set up a direct debit. Had to change my postal address as they dont send post to my address. Every time I ring up they say theres no record of me contacting them So far this year theyve charged me over 200 in fees for their incompetence Awful
