        The worst broadband service I have ever had.. I have been with them nearly 2 years and have been getting charged from 50.50 to 105 a month just for broadband ! They refused to give me a direct debit as they said (they dont do it which they do) over charging me every month robbing the life out of me .. will never go with them again or recommend them. Would give them no stars if I had the option

        I've been a loyal customer of Virgin Media for over 15 years, but having recently moved house I had to cancel my contract with them (as they could not provide a service at my new property). To my dismay, this cancellation cost me 236, I would estimate that I have paid VM over 10,000 in the years I was with them, needless to say I won't touch another VM product ever again
