    Care staff have more power than residents over their tenancies. This is against policies. Petty arguments are dealt with by landlord as severe antisocial problems. Against anchor policies. And tenants rights. Ghis needs addressing.

    Extremely helpful when I spoke asking for help for my sister in law who is homeless as her Landlord gave her a month's notice to start then a week. She is widowed and needs help and advice. Anchor were fabulous!

    Prime example of whats wrong with the care industry at the minute. Even Recruitment at this place is dreadful. I applied to an office role with them and was never called, just emailed to arrange an interview. In the space of nearly a week, these people didnt even remember to send a Teams link. On the day, I called and emailed them asking for the Teams link just for no response to both. Definitely dodged a bullet with this one and a definite reminder to keep out of the care industry for work

    A viewing was arranged on 04/08/3022 at Orchard Court Fuleood Preston for me. I received a phone call when I was already on my way there and my son had taken the day off work to accompany me to state the flat was already let. This is the SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!!! The first time I was actually at Orchard Court. This is inconsiderate, ignorant and very stressful not to say expensive for my son and me. I was really looking forward to the viewing especially in light of the first visit and I need to move. If your properties are first come first served this should be made clear at the onset or is it grab the money whilst you can. Very very bad service!!!!! Regards Janet V Cook
