it makes no sense to me that there are so many products missing from the UK website but which are currently available on the other country sites such as france, germany, switzerland etc. as far as I understand most of the product sold in the UK is shipped from france anyway so there is no good reason not to handle the logistics and offer the same range. i have yet to get an honest response from their customer service people as to why this artificial but irritating problem exits.

Ordered a pine farmhouse table which is pretty decent quality, the delivery date and estimated time was supplied for delivery which made it easier to receive. My first order from them and a positive experience.

2 weeks after placing an order, Ive received no update whatsoever. Emails are not being responded to. The online chat option does not work (or is never switched on) and the phone number leaves you waiting for 20+ minutes. Basically no way of contacting these people. Believe the reviews and go elsewhere. I will never shop again with this company.

Ordered from them a few times the last couple of years. Sometimes some of the clothing can come up a bit small but other then that I thought their service and clothes are great. Defo will recommend.

I ordered 5 rugs on 13th October I am still waiting for the final one to arrive after more than 4 weeks, many emails which have not been replied to and an unproductive phone call which which I found staff to be unknowledgable and frankly unhelpful. The most annoying thing is the 3 hallway runners are the same product, coming from the same factory but are all arriving at random times meaning I am having to constantly wait for deliveries. I cannot understand why they do not arrive together The two larger more expensive rugs were bought for the lounge and the image on the website shows two side by side to cover a larger area. Therefore I bought two. The colours are not the same, not even close!! I was given an email address to send my complaint to but the email does not work. I was also told that I would receive contact in 48 hours about my complaint. It is now one week later and not a call or email. I would highly recommend that potential buyers avoid this business, they do not stock any of the items which are being shipped from the other side of the world for which they have no logistic or quality control over.
