        Placed an uber eats order and when I received it I was missing a few items. Uber were not helpful so I rang the store. The lady on the phone explained they had a new staff member and she made a mistake while packing my order, she then kindly brought me the missing items in her own car which is absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Don't think any other store would do what this store did for us. THANKS VERY MUCH ?

        Staff are always lovely and friendly when we are shopping in this store, and that's really appreciated! When I buy through uber eats you guys are great at picking appropriate substitutions, so thank you. It makes a difference shopping where staff are friendly. Anxiety stops me from going shopping in person quite a lot, but if I do need to get anything in person I always go to the Broadstone Way branch. Thanks you lot xx

        I will give this store one star and thats for the staff. this store has had no fresh food that needs to be in a fridge for coming up to 5 WEEKS. I'VE SHOPPED HERE FOR OVER 50 YEARS. THIS IS THE WORST IT HAS EVER BEEN. The fridge units out of order since July 25 th. Absolute disgrace.
