JSR building services are an excellent building company. The owner Jassi has been very helpful and supportive from day 1, providing high quality advice from the design stage all the way through the project. He has been very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. He provides good advice to improve on certain ideas that we have and also regularly provides options to help save costs. He is a very trustworthy and reliable builder. He is not just looking to make money from each project and offers advice to help the client reduce their costs and often is able to offer solutions to logistical issues. He uses high quality, professional and appropriately qualified workmen. Any independent external contractors that I have involved in the project have all commented on the quality of the building work done so far. Jassi takes a great deal of pride in his work and uses high quality materials thus resulting in a high quality finished end product. I would highly recommend JSR Building services to all those looking for a high quality reliable honest builder who is a credit to his trade .

After having approached several building firms with the large scale project I had in mind, I finally settled on JSR Builders, being a complete novice when taking on such a large project, naturally I had my anxieties. What I found refreshing was the approach of them encouraging me to do my due diligence on them before we even talked business. I found there approach different than the usual, lets see your plans and a price. It was the advice, due diligence and building a relationship that was worth more than simply a quote. They have excellent relationships with quality tradesmen who have been completing my work. I can not fault the quality, time keeping and advice which was given to me. This is something you simply can not buy. I gave them a time scale of a year and this was adhered too. Ive had people come to see my house on several occasions now and asking who my builder is. The simple fact is, if your looking for a builder purely for a transactional this is what I want and how much then good luck to you. If you want sound advice, ideas, quality at every step and to establish a solid working relationship with a means to achieving something you can enjoy and dont look back once the work is done thinking I should have done it this waythen go with JSR! Conclusion - if your fixated on price and thats your only motivator, yes go with a cheaper builder, but if you want to build something that lasts and your proud of.then go with JSR!

Very rude an unprofessional, the owner Jazz came out to inspect my property for internal works, did not take any notes and totally wasted my time. He did not get back to me which resulted in me losing out on other builders as he said to contact him and after all the chasing i called him off a different number as he was not anseering my calls he was abrupt with me and then put phone down saying he has no time to do my work. I would not recommend this company as what if they leave work half way especially me being a first time buyer it was shocking. In the end i got G S Builders who was very professional and came out to quote me also i have seen thier work it is amazing as the homeowners highly rate G S Builders. Also the house a few doors away had thier roof done by JSR Building Services 2 years ago and thier guttering has come off im so glad i didnt go with them and Jazz did me a favour for hanging up on me and being abrupt. Please dont waste your time on this company like i did and go with someone like G S Builders who are fantastic and put customer satisfaction first.
