We were having lagging issues with our Acer all in one PC. The touch screen was playing up as well as the power button. The pc was taking a lifetime to start up. We were being quoted anything from 60-200 to rectify the problems. It took One trip to 3Cs and after twenty mins of clearing some files and programs that were not needed ,the issues were resolved. Fair repair charge. Customer service was exemplary, patient and talking through all the possible reasons. Great subject knowledge. Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience. I came in with my old ipad to see wether it was possible to fix and the owner was honest in telling me that it would cost me much more to repair and unlock than buying a newer model and showed me what ipads they had available and gave me an amazing price for the ipad that I was interested in getting for the GB on the ipad and I am so grateful for what he sold it to me for and was true to his word of the price that he wanted to sell it to me for. After chatting to him about what pens would be best he also gave me a wireless pen to try with it for drawing after I had also got a charger. Absolutely great service and advice and very happy with my experience
