        Completely useless customer service. Received faulty ssd and trying to return it, it's been 3 days I have no reply for my emails and you can't get thourgh on their phone. Robot just says there are no agents and call drops instantly. Will never use again.

        Avoid! The worse company ever! Missing computer for over 1000, they didnt send monitor a month. No replay for an emails, an answer the phone absolutely no contact with them

        Bought xbox series x disk drive gave up after four days , have not been able to get in touch or have any positive feedback since, if everything goes and works well good, if not this firm don't respond to communicateion just look on trustpilot,.
