New to this company, having switched over from a previous supplier, but have so far found them to be responsive, friendly, and professional. The delivery of ingredient orders within 48 hours is a real benefit for our organisation.

New vending machines installed at my workplace by RS ltd. Soooo much better than the previous company who were awful. These machines are so easy to use, touchscreens are great and really easy to navigate too. All the inpatients have given positive feedback about the cold drinks, snacks and hot drinks machines. Paul was great, one little issue we had was sorted quickly and easily (we're not allowed cans, only bottles) and the delivery guys were fantastic as well! Edit: i see a few complaints in the reviews about prices: this company do not set prices, the organisation that the machines are installed in set the prices.

At one of the coffee machines last week. Luckily enough Paul the salesman just happened to be there. Showed me how easy it was to use. What a brilliant cup of coffee too. Will definitely use again

Scammers. Got milky water instead of Latte. I made complain by filling refund request form and still didn't get it. Customer care too scared to talk and sort things out. They are saying they send everything to accounts month ago but still no refund. Will get reported. Shouldn't be allowed to trade in UK. Not up to any standards. P S. Got in contact with them again following their reply to above review and guess what. No reply, no refund. I know it's not a lot but it's principle. Avoid.
