        Couldn't get in touch or through to them, useless, no option to make an appointment either. I was left disappointed

        still not open to the public. they failed to ring me back FIVE TIMES during an eviction defence case, and it's always a steuggle to get through to anyone. When you eventually do get though, you're met with an uncaring and rude staff, who ultimately don't so what they say they will do, leaving you lost and adrift. They used to be great. now they're terrible.
