If this is the best the front of house staff have to offer I feel incredibly sorry for you. She speaks to people like they are beneath her and she also at one point referred to me as mate whilst telling me I have the attitude problem.
I have sent some documents previously to this building as my solicitor uses these offices and the receptionist has re-sent my documents back to me in the post as return to sender to try and make my life difficult, knowing full well these documents needed to be delivered to my solicitor as I hand delivered them myself.
To me this is a sackable offence and I will be taking it further making a formal complaint.
