MRS DAWSON!!! Yr1 my 5 yr old nephew is coming home nearly everyday now in tears because of this teacher. SHE IS A BULLY and keeps picking on him he says she is very scary and shouts really loud. The first day he started yr1 he was looking out of the window for a second and she raised her voice at him for not looking at the board surely on the first day of school you are meant to make the kids feel safe & welcome? Since then she has continued shouting at him and other kids in the class. SHE SHOOK HIS CHAIR!!!! Whilst he was meant to be doing a fun activity she also slammed his own down onto the table and then it fell on the floor and she demanded him to pick it up! She embarrassed him in front of the whole class because he didnt know his own birthday and she said he is the only one who didnt know it. DISGUSTING! Making a kid feel this way how is this woman allowed to teach kids this age? Where is your compassion. The school has been informed several times however nothing has still been done because she continues to bully him. Other mothers have also spoken about this teacher and have said she has bullied their kids too. Something needs to be done about this teacher because it will effect the kids mentally and they dont want to come to school because the teacher is bullying them.
