Well pleased with my visit to Kia Bradford. Very friendly and professional team in the sales department. When I had a small problem with the operation of my new car I was soon sorted out and back on the road after a telephone call. I look forward to being looked after by them in the future. I bought my Niro from Kia Bradford (Canal Road) in June 2022. From the start my Android Auto system kept disconnecting. I wrongly assumed it was my phone. I changed my phone and the issue persisted. I took my car for a service at Kia Leeds due to convenience and told them of the problem. When I picked my car up they said it was a known Kia issue and they sent me a link to download the fix onto a USB stick and make the change myself. My old PC isn't able to down load the fix so I went back to Kia Bradford from whom I had purchased the car and they said they could offer me an appointment in 3 months time! Ridiculous! They said they would get their Service Manager to call me back before the end of the day. No call occurred. I called back again the next morning and the reception tried 4 times to connect me to the Service team but they couldn't get through. However, they said they would ensure that the Service Manager would call me back on an "urgent priority basis". Again no call back. Eventually I contacted Kia UK who tried and failed to connect with the Bradford Service Team. Kia UK have arranged an appointment at Kia Keighley. In conclusion Kia Bradford were very happy to take circa 36000 off me less than a year ago but when the time has come for them to step up to the plate and stand behind their product they have been far from customer centric without even the good manners of someone from the Service team to return a customer call over 2 days. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership.
