I purchased a car from this place and spoke throughout with 'Dean'. I agreed a price online and had my car delivered. Due to delays it arrived at 11pm dropped off by Dean so pitch black so hard to check over properly. Dean stated if any issues let him know when Ive had a look over it. As soon as I drove it around to park up for the night a warning was on the dash regards a fault. I called (no answer) and sent pics of it straight away. The next day I checked the car first thing. Outside great, inside not even hoovered or wiped down with past owners rubbish still inside. A stone chip on the passenger side windscreen, no sd card for the sat nav and AC not working due to needing a regas was what I reported straight away along with the warning fault. Being told by Dean to bring the car back but due to needing the car for work I suggested doing the fixes then sending the invoices so I could be refunded the cost. Dean agreed and I even stated I wouldnt be bothered about the regas. Sounds good ?? Nope because Dean made excuses (Very busy, no internet access for banking, away overseas so no internet, illness and garage closed etc etc) once I got the jobs done Dean stopped replying to messages or emails. He would only answer telephone calls because I guess its the garage number off the adverts etc. Then a spring snapped on the front suspension whilst luckily i was driving slowly so back on the phone. Again Dean stated he would reimburse the cost. So about 550 worth of jobs done and I said I would be happy with 450 back. Again Dean stated ok but failed to reimburse me.
I went down the line of emails etc exercising my consumer rights etc but again no replies. The garage isnt affiliated with the motor odbudsman so again no joy and no reply.
Months later due to xmas all the fixes done exept the fault which is a complicated electrical fault so awaiting for that. The car wont pass an MOT without it fixed !
So nothing but hassle and false promises which leaves me with no choice but to now go to through the court to claim back the costs. Everything that has happened I have noted, dated and taken pictures inc calls, emails, jobs done etc. See what the court says ??
